A: There are NO pre-requisites for this Software Testing course, where is basic computer knowledge (Knowledge of Windows) is recommended.

A: Yes, all of our testing courses will give you practical information of writing test cases and test plans, plus many other practical considerations of software testing.

Q: Do I need to know how to program in order to be a tester?

A: No, you don't need to know how to program (write code or write software) in order to start your testing career. Beginning testers typically test the application from the user perspective. As you grow in your career you may want to investigate programming as a way to further your career by either doing test automation, white box testing (writing code to test code), or becoming a development engineer.

Q: When is the tuition payment due?

A: All tuition payments are due in full amount prior to scheduled class start date.

Q: Is there a deposit requirement to hold a seat for a course?

A: We require minimum deposit of $100.00 to reserve your seat in a normal course. For fast paced courses, we require deposit of $250.00

Q: How do I pay my course deposit?

A: Deposit payments can be easily made using our website payment section.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We will provide you 90% of the tuition fees, incase you won't be able to continue before the second session for 40 hour (normal) classes with a valid reason.
